Breaking birth Down, Building You Up CHildbirth 10 week
$400
This comprehensive class takes the mystery out of birth, baby, and postpartum while preparing you for any birthing location or type of birth. Together, we’ll explore the physiology of birth—how your body functions and works in harmony, what happens during labor and why, and the tools you can use to navigate the process. The course also opens the door for meaningful discussions, preparing you and your partner physically, mentally, and emotionally for the journey ahead.

comfort measures

This workshop focuses on the act of achieving a level of comfort in labor wither you are looking to achieve a medicated or unmedicated birth. Geared towards both partners this workshop covers hands on practice in emotional, physical, and mental relaxation.
sibling course

This class is meant to encourage siblings to be involved in the birth and care of their newest sibling. Taught in a fun interactive, age appropriate, way. Setting the tone for the growing family as a celebration. Workbook included discount for multiple children
